I come from structure.
For over 20 years, after my Master in Business Administration, I worked in finance, audit and risk management across international environments — from Paris to Tokyo, Zurich to Berlin, Frankfurt to Liverpool. Expatriate life. Top management. Big 5. Investment Banking. IT.
Precision. Performance. Results.
At some point, my external success stopped matching my internal alignment. That's where everything changed. From being bored and life-threatening sick to being free, healthy and wealthy through my own business.
The beginning of my entrepreneurial life was easy and I built from raw ideas and implemented without caring about the structure and the long term. And then it crashed. New clients felt heavy. The old strategies did not work. I tried to do more of what was not working anymore. I did not like my business anymore. I tried to copy-paste strategies that worked for others but in the end it felt heavier and heavier. The costs increased.
Nothing worked until I sat down and reorganised everything. My finances. My structure. My positioning. I was ready to build something not for the short term gain but for the decades to come. For my dream to come true. And that's the work I do with you.
